Hello everyone!
Before I get into talking about the game I want to stress these are my personal opinions and admittedly have only played two matches so far, though already have some things I wanted to talk about…
After watching a few friends streaming the beta of Battlegrounds everything was looking positive, I like the idea behind the game of throwing a bunch of people onto an island with the goal being the last to survive.
Whilst I’ve heard that some feel the matchmaking can sometimes seem a little unfair, I personally enjoy the challenge of battling with those somewhat better than myself as it makes me learn new methods and techniques a bit faster than playing someone of my own skill level… Easy kills usually mean nothing to me.

So I know it’s been a while since I bought my Scarlett 2i2 and in September 2015 I said that one day I would do an honest review of it, well finally that day has come!
In September 2015 I made the jump from using my old usb Bluemics Yeti to the amazing Audio Technica AT2035, however due to the fact the AT2035 is an xlr mic I needed a way to use it and with so many methods and brands available I looked to Focusrite.

Since I am a life long gamer I have played so many games I couldn’t even name them all, I started gaming during the days of the ZX Spectrum and the beloved Commodore 64 however out of all the games I’ve played… Minecraft is where I feel at home!
I began playing Minecraft during the peek of the modded scene of 1.7.10 and actually played modded BEFORE trying Vanilla (a term used for a non-modded game) So I decided today to round up my Top 5 Minecraft Modpacks.

Over the last few months I have been struggling with my health and while having blood tests and so on I haven’t had the energy or motivation to actually sit down and try to record any videos.
When you couple this with real life stuff, website plans and other planned ventures I have come to the conclusion something would have to end and since I haven’t really been enjoying YouTube I have decided that for now at least I will not be uploading any new videos.
I’ve not yet totally decided if the channel will close or remain online but untouched however I have no plans for uploads at any time in the near future due to other commitments.

Firstly this post isn’t clickbait and I’m not looking for sympathy at all, however I wanted to talk about the YouTube “Likes” abuse I’ve been having over the last few months…
When I started YouTube I never set out to create content that everyone in the world would like, I simply make videos that I enjoy and if somehow someone stumbles upon my videos and likes it then that’s awesome!
If you ask some of the biggest YouTubers they will all tell you that if you make a video of yourself playing a game that you DON’T enjoy, people will pick up on it and chances are that video won’t perform too well so ONLY play games that you enjoy and only make the videos when you feel like it.

Today I posted the first episode in my new “Non-Commentary” series of videos on my Gaming channel and I wanted to explain the reason behind it, for those wonder if I’ve given up with Commentary uploads the short answer is… No!
Due to my mental health conditions I sometimes experience days where I really don’t feel like talking however I really want to continue to create content at the same time, due to this I spoke to a few other YouTubers who create gameplay content without commentary and they confirmed that these types of videos do still attract viewers.
With this in mind I decided that creating non-commentary content is a lot easier to record and edit as well as meaning I can record these videos at any time of day or night, commentary videos however can only be recorded during the day to prevent disturbing others while they’re sleeping.
