Is there any chance a game can become more than just a game? previously the idea of a game being use as an educational tool seemed a bit of a joke however the devs behind PC Building Simulator may have just cracked it.

The story of the game is that you take over a PC building and maintenance company from “Uncle Tim” however you’re left with no money available so you need to do jobs for people to rectify this.

The jobs you get also vary from simple tasks like removing viruses all the way to troubleshooting problems then fixing them all whilst trying to earn more money to upgrade the office with more workstations.

The game is also very detailed from the cases, to the way everything is installed right down to installing cables however at the moment there is no option for cable management which to some may be a good thing however I’m hopefull this is added at some stage.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock recently, theres a very good chance you’ve heard of House Flipper the game and after playing it myself for just shy of 63 hours I thought now was a good time to talk about it.

Firstly to understand the game, it’s seemingly based off House Flippers in real life who buy run down properties to renovate and sell on for a profit as quickly as possible however the game also gives you jobs to help out other people from cleaning, painting or even altering floor-plans by removing or adding walls.

When you start a new game you’ll be given a small office in which you work from and by using a laptop you can find jobs to bring in some income, once you’ve earned enough money from these jobs you’ll be on the way to buying your own house to flip!

Houses range in sizes from the garages with bunkers up to full size family homes with prices to suit, your task will first be to clean them up before you start thinking about what you want to do with them then putting those plans together.

Hello everyone!

Recently my closed loop CPU watercooler from NZXT has been somewhat acting up, with the pump making some really odd noises and the fans dying (again) so I set about making some improvements!

Usually if I was happy with a brand (in this case NZXT) I’d find out what the issue is then set about fixing it, however in my experience the Kraken X61 cooler fans seem really below par as far as fans go, especially inside my computers case.

Since I built my pc the stock Corsair case fans have taken a lot of punishment from dust to being knocked around however they work perfectly fine, probably as good as new though the same can’t be said for the NZXT fans so it was time to get rid of them.

Over the years I’ve spent a huge majority of my gaming in the Simulation category and one of the game titles that ate up a huge portion of my gaming life was the amazing Car Mechanic Simulator with many hours and even days being spent playing CMS 14 and 15.

After waiting what seemed a lifetime Red Dot Games eventually gave us Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 however even with around 2 years of development it wasn’t without a whole host of problems included.

It’s safe to say that a lot of Red Dot’s fans were somewhat annoyed at the number of bugs the game was released with and I can sympathize, though I was certain that the developers would eventually get the problems fixed and iron out the creases that I went on to buy the game anyway.

A few weeks in and the developers have been working tirelessly to fix the problems in the game, seemingly focusing on the main issues first so some of the minor bugs still remain… Hopefully Red Dot Games will get to those soon enough.

As a gamer I’ve gone through so many mouse mats over the years and never really found one I actually liked, ranging from Razer, Roccat and many others but perhaps now I have?

Corsair are well known for providing high quality gaming peripherals and computer components and with an already vast list of RGB peripherals the MM800 Polaris mousepad is just another addition to the collection.

The issues I’ve had personally with gaming focused mouse mats was that they were fabric and would often get dirty, sticky as well as the edges that would fray however the Corsair Polaris RGB mousepad is instead a hard micro-textured surface meaning if it gets dirty you can simply wipe it clean.

Add to this the handy USB pass-through, 1.9m light weight braided cable and 15 zone RGB LEDs, my opinion is that Corsair haven’t just made a fancy mousepad… They’ve created a highly customizable gem.

Hey everyone!

As a former YouTuber I’ve seen people online asking about video editing software and while most famous youtubers tend to pay out for the more expensive, professional editors such as Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere most smaller youtubers can’t afford these.

It then falls to smaller editing software and having used many myself I found MovAvi to be my editor of choice, while it may not have the image of it’s bigger competitors it does have some fun and useful tools… but is it worth it?

What is it and what does it do?

MovAvi’s Video Editor is a powerful easy-to-use software for Windows and OS X allowing you to edit videos with no loss of quality as well as giving various effects and filters that can be applied, as well as the ability to add music, titles and even more.
